Synopsis

We picked up a product in the Home & Kitchen category, which was a trending product. The two main competitors of ours already had about 200 reviews.
The review velocity of them was not high so that we would catch up easily. we analyzed the competitors, and there were quite things we thought we could do in a much better way.

 

These are what we did better.


• Positioned the brand as high quality
• Emphasized made in Europe
• Better title and bullet points
• Informative and high-quality images
• Use of lifestyle images

Launch Phase

We launched the products only with PPC. We studied the conversion rates of each keyword with the aid of some tools and calculated our own possible conversion rate and starting bid for that keyword.

We started with five different campaigns.

•           1x Auto High Bid Campaign

•           1x Auto Low Bid Campaign

•           1x Exact Campaign

•           1x Phrase Campaign

•           1x Broad Campaign

Result

The initial start of ACOS was 20%.

 

After continuously optimizing the campaigns we scaled the ACOS(Advertising Cost of Sales) to 10% after four months which generated a daily revenue above 500 $.
